Προσφορές υποβάλλονται για το σύνολο των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών. Η ανάθεση της σύμβασης δεν είναι εφικτή υπό την μορφή χωριστών τμημάτων, λόγω της φύσης του έργου και του αδιαίρετου χαρακτήρα του. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των εκατόν είκοσι οκτώ χιλιάδων διακοσίων πέντε ευρώ και δεκατριών λεπτών (128.205,13 €) μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 17% (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ: εκατόν πενήντα χιλιάδες ευρώ (150.000,00 €), ΦΠΑ: είκοσι ένα χιλιάδες επτακόσια ενενήντα τέσσερα ευρώ και ογδόντα επτά λεπτά (21.794,87 €). Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται έως είκοσι εννέα (29) μήνες από την ημερομηνία υπογραφής της σύμβασης και πάντως όχι πέραν της 31-12-2028. Κατά τη διάρκειά της ο ανάδοχος θα παρέχει τις υπηρεσίες, που αναφέρονται στην παρούσα και συνίστανται στην αποψίλωση, καθαρισμό, αποκομιδή και μεταφορά χόρτων και υλικών από τους αρχαιολογικούς χώρους στη νήσο Λήμνο, αρμοδιότητας της Εφορείας Αρχαιοτήτων Λέσβου για τα έτη 2026-2028, δύο φορές κατ’ έτος, σε χρόνο που θα ορίζεται, κάθε φορά και για κάθε χώρο, από την Αναθέτουσα Αρχή. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι της παρούσας Διακήρυξης.
