MARKING OF THE NEW PIRAEUS COURT HALL

Tender Summary

The Court Buildings Financing Fund (CBF) in Greece from Europe region has released this tender for Announcement of an Electronic Open Tender above the tender limits for the project "SIGNAGE OF THE NEW COURT OF PIRAEUS" The subject of this contract is the study of implementation, supply, construction, installation, connection, parameterization, commissioning and documentation of a complete, integrated and functional System of functional and visual configuration for the New Court of Piraeus, including internal and external spaces, parking areas, security zones and digital information. The subject of this contract is not subdivided into parts, due to the following reasons:  the physical subject of the contract concerns a single building (the New Court of Piraeus) and not multiple, spatially or functionally independent facilities. The division of the contract into independent sections would inevitably lead to the simultaneous execution of work by multiple contractors within the same physical space, with obvious risks of overlapping responsibilities, delays in coordination and allocation of responsibilities in the event of improper execution,  the possibility of achieving economies of scale for the benefit of the contracting authority,  a single visual/graphic identity, a single system of color and typological coding and a single wayfinding logic are required throughout the building (wings, floors, basement, exterior), in order for the signage to function as a single, coherent system of guidance and flow separation, as described in detail in Annex I. The division into sections would create a significant risk of incompatibility of materials, colors, fonts, pictograms and technical specifications between the individual sections, resulting in the degradation of the functionality and aesthetic unity of the signage system. Offers are submitted for all services and goods to be provided. The estimated value of this contract amounts to €1,618,510.00 including 24% VAT (budget excluding VAT: €1,305,250.00, 24% VAT: €313,260.00). The duration of the contract is set at fifteen (15) months from the date of publication of the agreement in KIMDIS and until receipt of the last deliverable. with tender notice no. 674599-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
