SUPPLY OF PLUMBING MATERIALS 2027-2030

The MUNICIPALITY OF PHILIS in Greece from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is the supply of hydraulic materials, which will be used by the Municipalitys services in the four years 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030, i.e. until 31/12/2030 or until the amount and quantities are exhausted, provided that the supply is carried out at 100%. The cost of this procurement is budgeted to amount to €1,189,281.57, including VAT (Budget excluding VAT €959,098.04 + VAT 24% €230,183.53 = €1,189,281.57) and will be covered by the budget for the financial years 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030 of the Municipality of Fyli as a multi-annual expense (Absorption amount per year 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030 = €297,320.39). This expense will be borne by the Α.Λ. 025.2410106001. The unit prices for each item listed in the indicative budget of this study were estimated based on market research from the free trade and taking into account relevant tenders that the municipality has conducted in previous years. The necessity of this contract arises from the increased needs of the municipalitys services for the above procurement, following the abolition of the legal entities of the Local Authorities (Law 5056/2023, Government Gazette A 163/6.10.2023). The quantities of the previously signed relevant contract for the years 2025-2026 have already almost been exhausted, resulting in the immediate completion of this contract. Thus, the necessity of additional quantities for the years 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030 was created, which is expected to be covered by this procedure. The quantities of hydraulic materials mentioned in the Indicative Budget Table of this study are purely indicative and not binding for the contracting authority. The execution of the supply and the consumption of the items will be carried out in parts, depending on the actual needs and following orders from the competent services of the Municipality of Fyli, which will depend on the maintenance and restoration needs of the networks at any given time. The Municipality of Fyli reserves the right not to exhaust the total indicative quantities or the budget during the four-year contract. The final quantities of materials to be ordered may be less than the budgeted ones, depending on the actual needs of the competent services. The contractor does not retain any claim for compensation or lost profits in the event that the absorption falls short of the initial indicative budget. This procurement is not subdivided into lots. Offers are submitted for all the above items.The duration of the implementation of the procurement is defined from the signing of the contract for the four years 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030, i.e. until 31/12/2030 or until the amount and quantities are exhausted, provided that the procurement is executed at 100%. The contract may be amended during its duration, without requiring a new contract conclusion procedure, only in accordance with the terms and conditions of article 132 of law 4412/2016 and following an opinion from the relevant competent service or otherwise from the service designated by decision of the Public Procurement Authority.
