Expression of Interest are invited for Institutional Retreat 2023 GTM GTM-MR Institutional Retirement 2023 Deadline: 10-May-2023 17:05 (GMT -6.00) Mountain Time (US & Canada) Institutional Retreat 2023 GTM Date: Monday, May 29 to Friday, June 2, 2023 Workshop: May 30, 31 and June 1 Days of arrival and return: May 29 and June 2 Summary logistics agenda: - Monday, May 29, advance group: organizers and facilitators, with 2 pilots. Lunches, dinners and lodging for 9 people. - Tuesday, May 30: all staff arrive, lunch, afternoon lounge, coffee/tea, dinner and accommodation for 64 people. - Wednesday, May 31: breakfast, full day lounge, a.m. snack, lunch, coffee / tea, dinner and lodging for 64 people. - Thursday, June 1, breakfast, full day lounge, a.m. snack, lunch, coffee / tea, dinner and lodging for 64 people. - Friday 2 June: breakfast for 64 people. Place: Hotel in the interior of the country, with capacity to host the event and its needs.
