The Tender Document in French can be purchased by any interested bidder for a non-refundable payment of one million Guinean francs (1,000,000 GNF). The method of payment will be by deposit to the following bank accounts:
· 50% to account No. 2011 000 136 “Central Treasury Receiver”;
· 30% to account No. 2011 000 407 of ARMP, opened at BCRG;
· 20% to account No. 003 001 0000629312 31 of the PDCVA-G, opened at Société Générale de Guinée.
The Call for Tenders document will be given to interested candidates, upon presentation of payment receipts.
Offers must be submitted to the address below no later than 11/21/2023 at 9:30 a.m. Submission of bids electronically “shall not” be permitted. Any offer received after the deadline for submission of offers will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of representatives of the tenderers and persons present at the address mentioned below at 10:05 a.m.
Offers must be submitted in four (4) copies including three (03) copies, one (01) original and one (01) USB key containing the copy of the original and expressly marked “To Madam Minister of Commerce , Industry and SMEs - Response to the specific procurement notice relating to the acquisition, installation of post-harvest equipment and user training. with tender notice no. 006/MCIPME/PDCVA-G/UGP/2022 Lot 5 published on 28 Sep 2023.
