The supplies will be delivered within 50 DSEE of the sub-prefectures listed on the distribution table) within a maximum of 30 calendar days 3. The Ministry of Pre-University Education and Literacy is soliciting sealed offers from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required to carry out the contract for the supply of computer and office equipment 4. Participation in this open call for tenders as defined in articles 23 and following of the Public Procurement Code concerns all eligible candidates who meet the conditions defined in this Open Call for Tenders File and who are not concerned by one of the cases of ineligibility provided for in article 64 of the Code des Marches Publics. 5.
