AK is entitled to use the Services from the contracting party as a Contractor up to the Framework Quantity, i.e. if the number of hours called for the Services reaches the Framework Quantity, the Contract will be terminated. 75,096 hours of limit quantity, of which the contracting authority undertakes the obligation to call for 70% of the time. However, AK may deviate from the expected planned monthly quantity of 7,000 hours: - AK shall notify the Contractor contracting party of the relevant individual request in writing (in the form of an electronic letter) no later than the 10th day of each month. The order shall contain the performance volume expected by AK in the given month. The ad hoc Service used on a case-by-case basis based on a separate - written - order shall be provided at the hourly rate offered by the Contractor contracting party. The number of staff required by AK shall be provided for the duration of events. In the event of an order, the Contractor contracting party shall ensure the supervision of the camera system. The detailed technical parameters are contained in the technical description of the public procurement documents. Based on the Contract, the Contractor contracting party shall provide the Services detailed in the Technical Description in the following properties of AK. The table in the technical description summarizes the locations of performance and the task groups to be performed in the given area. The content of the names of the individual task groups in the table is described in the Technical Description. Since the expected quantity and time of guarding based on an ad hoc order cannot be calculated in advance, AK cannot assume an obligation to call upon the relevant procurement request, given its contingent nature. AK operates camera systems in the University buildings that continuously record camera images. The contracting party as a contractor must be available to provide surveillance of the camera system based on AK's ad hoc order with a guard provided in addition to the permanent guarding staff, or by reassigning the existing staff, and to react immediately based on the image seen if necessary. In the event of an order, the contracting party as a contractor must ensure that the task is performed by a person who has demonstrable experience in supervising camera systems,and submits to the special rules related to the camera system issued by AK. Requirements related to work organization The contracting party, as the winning bidder, is responsible for organizing the work of the security guards and receptionists assigned to the property protection and reception duties of the buildings, managing their daily activities, and must participate in the development of the operating rules of the buildings, in enforcing the operating rules and in monitoring their compliance. Its task is to organize key management tasks, develop internal regulations, and supervise the work of contractors performing work related to operation in the buildings.
