A tapasztalati/becsült mennyiség a szerződés keretében megrendelt mennyiségektől eltérhet. Ajánlattevőnek az előzőek ismeretében kell benyújtania ajánlatát. Ajánlatkérő tájékoztatja továbbá Ajánlattevőket, hogy a megadott mennyiség tájékoztató jelleggel került megadásra, a megrendelések az ajánlatkérői igények alapján történnek, a számlázás pedig a tényleges, teljesítéssel érintett mennyiség alapján történik. A megkötésre kerülő keretszerződésben a nyertes ajánlati egységár kerül rögzítésre, mely egységár alapján kerülnek az egyedi megrendelések elszámolásra és megrendelésre a megkötendő keretszerződés hatálya alatt. A tevékenység engedélyköteles, tárgyi közbeszerzés lefolytatása és a szerződés teljesítése a Magyar Energetikai és Közmű-szabályozási Hivatal (MEKH) által kiadott VSFO /288-2/2026 ügyiratszámú kiszervezési engedélye alapján történik. A tárgyi tevékenység kiszervezés keretében történő ellátása gazdaságilag indokolt. A közbeszerzési dokumentumok részét képező szerződéstervezet tartalma megfelel az engedélyben foglaltaknak. A kiszervezett tevékenység végzésére kizárólag a nemzeti vagyonról szóló törvény szerinti átlátható gazdálkodó szervezettel köthető szerződés.
