The Budapest University of Economics in Hungary from Europe region had released this tender for Framework amount: The contract is concluded for a net framework amount of HUF 80,000,000 + VAT. The Client undertakes to provide orders up to at least 70% of the framework amount. Operational, procedural and warranty requirements A) Operation and repair procedures • Operation inspections: 3 times a week on weekdays (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) between 7:00 and 9:00 (in educational areas before 7:30). • Ordering of ad hoc tasks: It is based on an ad hoc written order issued by the Client. The Contractor must provide written professional information and estimated working time. • Personal conditions: The work may only be performed by qualified personnel. It is a special requirement that installation related to refrigeration/air conditioning gas may only be carried out by a mechanic with an HR (HI category) or equivalent qualification certificate in accordance with the relevant legislation. • Cleaning and work area: The Contractor is obliged to ensure that the areas adjacent to the work area are kept clean and that they are cleaned after daily work (in case of failure, the Customer may have them cleaned at the Contractors expense). B) Response, survey and repair deadlines • In case of an emergency fault: o Response / on-site appearance: within 2 hours. o Temporary troubleshooting: within 4 hours. o Final troubleshooting: within 2 working days. • In case of other (normal) faults: o On-site survey and quotation: within 2 working days. o Completion of repair: within 15 working days from the order. Comfort requirements (based on MSZ CR 1752:2000) Interior parameters expected during operation (at least category “B” must be met): • Lecture halls and classrooms, offices: o In winter: 22.0 ± 1.0 °C (A) / ± 2.0 °C (B) / ± 3.0 °C (C). o In summer: 24.5 ± 0.5–1.0 °C (A) / ± 1.5 °C (B) / ± 2.5 °C (C). o Maximum air speed in winter: 0.15–0.21 m/s; Sound pressure level: 30–40 dB(A). • Transportation, water blocks: In winter 18.0 ± 2.0 °C, air speed 0.5 m/s, sound pressure max. 50 dB(A). • Server rooms: 22.0 ± 2.0 °C in winter, 24.5 ± 1.5 °C in summer. Technical and system technical characteristics per site • Berzsenyi Campus: FÉG-Vestale boiler group, steel pipe network, plate radiators and NGBS surface heating. • Lengyel Gyula Dormitory: 2 Viessmann boilers in the attic, distributor-collector, plate and cast iron radiators. • Buzogány utca complex: New (2024) 8 x 150 kW = 1200 kW Gassero Walcon Xtreme condensing boiler plant, pressure equipment, twin-column water softener, >600 radiators, 81 fan-coils, air handlers, DHW storage tanks. • Bagolyvár Dormitory and Unizone: Gassero boilers, heat pump, VRF and air conditioning systems, radiator, underfloor heating and comfort air handling circuits. • Markó Street building: 2 Buderus Logano GE 615 boilers in the attic, cast iron/plate radiators, underfloor heating in the hall, fan coils. • Alkotmány Street building: 2 Remeha Gas 610 Eco (1062 kW) condensing boilers in the attic, 1000 l DHW storage tank, radiators, underfloor heating, fan coils.
