The Municipality of the City of Székesfehérvár with County Rights in Hungary from Europe region has released this tender for Part 1: Within the framework of the project entitled "Development of a Secondary School Campus", additional furniture will be purchased for the Tóparti High School and the Art Vocational High School, as well as the Vasvári Pál High School in Székesfehérvár, in the following main quantities. The procurement concerns the purchase of a total of 1736+7 pieces of furniture and other accessories (Lakeside/Vasvári), the distribution of the furniture and other accessories: - 570 notebook racks, - 389 chairs, - 365 felt-lined floor protectors, - 343 tables, of which 281 are study tables, - 35 cabinets/wall shelves, - 34 curtains. 2 kitchen furniture systems (a total of 7 products) will be purchased for the Vasvári Pál High School in Székesfehérvár, in the following distribution: - 2 kitchen furniture, - 2 sinks, - 2 faucets - 1 dining table with chairs (8 seats, 8 chairs). The division of the part concerning the furniture procurement into further sub-parts is unjustified, and the delivery of the products to 7 different locations in a separate part would result in uneconomic implementation. Detailed quantities are described in the public procurement documentation. For the quantities of specified sizes, material types, product expectations, a +/- 15% deviation is accepted for non-standard products for the relevant, specified values, and for the colors, they are to be interpreted solely as guidelines, as set out in the technical description and budget. The technical equivalence of the wood, metal, and plastic expectations is ensured exclusively within the raw material. For furniture marked with a minimum (sheet) thickness of 18 mm, a deviation in the negative direction is not permitted! The size of the kitchen furniture and curtains is a fixed estimate by the Contracting Authority, with the understanding that the feasibility of the specified sizes shall be assessed during the performance of the contract and, if necessary, specified! The Contracting Authority draws the attention of the Dear Economic Operators that, with regard to the verification of technical conformity, the Contracting Authority must indicate the manufacturer, the specific type designation, and the place of origin in its offer. The aforementioned expectations can be verified, for example, with a "Technical Data Sheet", which includes the clearly identifiable properties of the offered product, its manufacturer and type designation or with the distributor/manufacturer URL or with a manufacturer's data sheet (in Hungarian or English), indicating and supplementing the duration of the warranty undertaken - a photograph of the properties of the given product supporting the required parameter may also be attached. The Contracting Authority draws the attention of the esteemed economic operators that a minimum 3-year warranty must be provided for the offered products, if the manufacturer's warranty does not provide this in the standard case, an extended or additional warranty undertaken by the distributor/supplier is expected (warranty undertaken pursuant to Section 6:171 (1) of the Civil Code). Part 2: Within the framework of the project entitled "Development of Secondary School Campus", PVC floor protective covering for the Kodolányi János High School and the Székesfehérvár Vasvári Pál High School in relation to the following main quantities: - Kodolányi János High School: temporary protective covering for a 23x45 meter outdoor sports field (roll-up version), for use at least 5 times a year; - Székesfehérvár Vasvári Pál High School: temporary protective covering for a 21x41 meter outdoor sports field (roll-up design), for use at least 5 times a year; For both sports fields, the protective covering must meet at least the following requirements: Hardness min. 80 (+ /- 5) Sh A Temperature range: -25 degrees Celsius to + 80 degrees Celsius Thickness: min. 3mm Density: min. 1.55 g/cm3 With double internal reinforcement Its color cannot be black, so as not to discolor the existing sports covering - the gray version is preferred Rollable version Suitable for outdoor use at least 5 times a year. Dividing the part concerning floor coverings into further sub-parts is also unjustified, identical products will be delivered to the two locations, and implementing it according to separate parts would also be uneconomical.
