Cold asphalt procurement

The Hungarian Public Roads Nonprofit Private Limited Company in Hungary from Europe region has released this tender for The framework sales contracts for the supply of cold asphalt pothole mixtures for the contracting authority Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. are as follows, with a total framework value of HUF 1,500,000,000: - Part 1: Bulk mixtures for traffic under 2,000E/day in Western Hungary: net framework value of HUF 121,000,000; - Part 2: Bulk mixtures for traffic under 2,000E/day in Eastern Hungary: net framework value of HUF 43,000,000; - Part 3: Special binder mixture for any traffic in Western Hungary: net framework value of HUF 413,000,000; - Part 4: Special binder mixture for traffic under 2,000E/day in Eastern Hungary: net framework value of HUF 413,000,000; binder mixture for any traffic: net 703,000,000 HUF in the framework amount; - Part 5: special mixture for low temperatures in the territory of Western Hungary: net 106,000,000 HUF in the framework amount; - Part 6: special mixture for low temperatures in the territory of Eastern Hungary: net 114,000,000 HUF in the framework amount. During the 12-month period after the contract comes into force, the contracting authority is entitled to extend the contract by a unilateral declaration based on Section 141 (4) a) of the Civil Code for a maximum of another 12 months until the framework amount is exhausted, if it has not been exhausted. The contracting authority established its procurement requirement by preliminary determination of the highest procurement quantity expected during the contract period, from which the actual quantitative use may deviate - taking into account specific needs arising during the contract period. In view of this, the contracting authority may deviate from the total contractual quantity (quantity deviation) based on Section 58 (1) of the Public Procurement Act, and on the basis of the contract to be concluded, it undertakes exclusively to place ad hoc orders up to at least 70% of the above-mentioned framework amount specified in the contract. The detailed technical parameters of the products subject to procurement are contained in detail in the Technical Description, and the planned quantity of the products in the Item Price Table. The contracting authority draws the attention of economic operators to the fact that any references to specific manufactures or types in the public procurement documents have been made only in order to clearly define the nature of the subject matter. The contracting authority shall accept a product that is equivalent in all respects based on Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. with tender notice no. 709237-2026 published on 14 Oct 2026.
