(X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3), amennyiben az eltérés nem jelent változtatást az eszközök használatában, ill. használhatóságában. Az egyenértékűség megállapításához az ajánlatban be kell mutatni, hogy a műszaki leírás szerinti eszközök helyett, milyen eszközöket ajánl az ajánlattevő, gyártói adatlap csatolásával, amennyiben az ajánlattevő által megadott cikkszám alapján a termék ajánlatkérő által nem ellenőrizhető: - a Példakonfigurációtól eltérő termék esetén magyar nyelvű gyártói adatlapot, - gyártói nyilatkozatot a megajánlott eszköz gyártójától, hogy a műszaki specifikáció követelményeiknek a megajánlott eszköz megfelel. A beszerzés magában foglalja az eszközök/termékek leszállítását, valamint a szükséges engedélyek beszerzését.
