WAM will be a secondary airspace reconnaissance sensor for the Contracting Authority's air traffic control system. In view of the provisions of Section 46 (3) of Government Decree No. 321/2015. (X. 30.) (hereinafter: Kr.), the Contracting Authority draws attention to the fact that, if the clear and understandable definition of the subject matter of the public procurement necessitated a reference to a specific make, origin, type of thing, process, activity, person, patent or trademark, the designation was made only in order to clearly define the nature of the subject matter, and the term "or equivalent" shall always be understood in addition to the term "designation". The Procuring Entity draws attention to the fact that in the event of an offer of an equivalent item, the bidder must prove the equivalence in its bid.
