Given the change in consumer habits, it may decrease or increase. For this reason, the Contracting Authority determines the following volume as the volume of the public procurement: 8,874 m3/year, + 30% option. The winning Tenderer may not enforce any claim for compensation or loss of profit resulting from the decreasing volume.
