Budget: HUF 1,784,180,776 as set out in point 7.1 of the draft contract. The Contracting Authority undertakes a call obligation for 70% of the budget in both parts. In this regard, in addition to the part subject to the call obligation, the loss of income resulting from incomplete performance is the risk of the successful tenderer, so the successful tenderer may not make any claims for compensation, indemnity or other claims against the Contracting Authority.
