Food procurement for KR in 13 parts

The Standby Police in Hungary from Europe region has released this tender for Framework purchase agreement for the purchase of various food raw materials, divided into 13 bid parts for a period of 24 months from the date of signature or until the budget is exhausted. Planned quantities and items per part: 1. Eggs, egg products 9 items (planned 51,500 pcs; 4,000 liters; 300 kg) net until the budget of 27,000,000 HUF is exhausted 2. Pickles 18 items (planned 11,900 kg) net until the budget of 21,500,000 HUF is exhausted 3. Meat, meat products 91 items (planned 38,097 kg) net until the budget of 172,000,000 HUF is exhausted 4. Milk, dairy products 49 items (planned 4,700 liters; 8,785 kg; 12,130 pcs; 600 boxes; 10,000 packages) net until the budget of 45,000,000 HUF is exhausted 5. Bread, bakery products 64 items (planned 19,150 kg; 320,000 pcs) net 66,000,000 HUF budget until exhaustion 6. Confectionery products 64 items planned 5,280 kg; 36,524 items) net 31,000,000 HUF until the budget is exhausted 7. Sweets 33 items (planned 3,000 packages; 100 kg; 110,000 items) net 23,500,000 HUF until the budget is exhausted 8. Canned goods 39 items (planned 2,440 kg; 13,800 items) net 27,200,000 HUF until the budget is exhausted 9. Mineral water 8 items (planned 6,000 items) net 70,000,000 HUF until the budget is exhausted 10. Fat, oil 6 items (planned 10,300 liters; 1,000 kg) net 38,000,000 HUF until the budget is exhausted 11. Pasta 30 items (planned 3,000 kg) net 13,500,000 HUF until the budget is exhausted 12. Vegetables, Fruit, cleaned vegetables, green herbs 70 items (planned 64,360 kg; 5,500 pcs; 54,350 packages; 100 bunches) 9 items planned (77,200 kg), 9 items (planned 450 kg) net 89,000,000 HUF until the budget is exhausted 13. Mirelit products 193 items net 55,000,000 HUF until the budget is exhausted If the budget is not exhausted before the expiration of the 24th month of the framework agreement, the term of the framework agreement may be extended by another 12 months by the Parties by amending the contract. The list of products to be procured for the given part, as well as the planned quantity for a period of approximately 1 year for the given product, is included in the Commercial Price Table issued as part of the supplementary public procurement document (hereinafter referred to as the KKD). The quantities given are for informational purposes, they indicate the relative quantitative ratio of the products, and they have been included in order to facilitate the comparability of the offers. Settlement (invoicing) is based on the quantities actually ordered/delivered during the scope of the framework agreement, based on the unit prices given by the winning bidder, up to the specified budget amount. The contracting authority draws the attention of bidders to the fact that the offer must include the bidder's priced commercial price table, which qualifies as a professional offer. The complete absence of a professional offer cannot be compensated for in accordance with the provisions of Section 71 (8) of the Public Procurement Act. The detailed technical description and quality specifications are included in the KKD. The budget amounts will be used to the extent of actual orders.The contracting authority undertakes to draw down 70% of the budget amount for each part. Only new products may be offered during the bidding process. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that in the notice initiating the procedure, in the documentation and in the technical documentation, the reference to a specific make, origin, type of thing, process, activity, person, patent or trademark, or the designation thereof, is made only for the purpose of clearly defining the nature of the object, and in all cases “or equivalent” shall be understood. The contracting authority shall be responsible for proving equivalence. The contracting authority shall conduct a conditional procedure pursuant to the provisions of Section 53 (5) of the Public Procurement Act. The provisions of Section 1148/2026 on the definition of certain powers of the Minister of Finance shall apply. (V.14.) New commitments exceeding HUF 250 million may be made against the budget chapters and central budget bodies under the control of the Government, as per point 1 of Government Resolution No. 14/2011, only with the prior consent of the Minister of Finance.
