The Hungarian Public Roads Nonprofit Private Limited Company in Hungary from Europe region has released this tender for The task of the successful bidder(s) in the reopening of this competition is to carry out the construction works including pavement renovation in a total of 22,142.00 meters of intervention length in 7 sub-bid rounds within the framework of the framework agreement "Renovation works of the national road network 2021–2025" – Part 2: Northern Hungary region, based on the framework agreement with identification number KB-2021/0000838/002/00, in accordance with the technical specifications forming part of the call for tenders (hereinafter referred to as the call) and the plans provided. Section between kms 24+195-25+723 of the Bodrogkeresztúr-Sárospatak connecting road The construction project is not subject to permit in any part. The nature and total quantity of the construction project, as well as the detailed definition of the needs and requirements, are contained in the issued technical documentation and the budget to be priced. Except in cases justified by the subject matter of the contract or provided for by law, the technical specification may not refer to a specific make or origin of goods or to a specific process characterising the products or services provided by a given economic operator, or to a trademark, patent, activity, person, type or specific origin or production process, if this would lead to the preference or exclusion of certain economic operators or products. Such a reference may only be permitted in exceptional cases, where it is not possible to provide a sufficiently precise and intelligible description of the subject matter of the contract in accordance with Section 46(2) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30).
