Implementation of SCADA plant management system

Products and services to be delivered 1.1. Products to be delivered: electricity and gas operation management system - Main, backup, test, development and training SCADA system (hardware, basic software, operating system, application software, database manager). - Dispatcher workstations (hardware, software) - Switches within the SCADA network, other necessary hardware elements - All other software tools and licenses necessary for the operation of the SCADA system, including those from third parties. - Documentation according to the "Documentation" and "Project Management" chapters (e.g. system plan, implementation plan, complete system documentation, training and test materials) 1.2. Services to be provided - Contractor-side project management - System design - Database migration - Implementation and transition planning - Delivery, installation and commissioning of the SCADA system - SCADA-side design of the integration between the SCADA system and related systems - Load and production estimation - IT security audit support - Planning, execution and support of tests - Training for system users and operators - Additional development needs (framework: 100 working days * 8 hours = 800 hours) 1.3. The task of the winning bidder is to implement the plant management system containing the integration of work management and geospatial operations systems, as described in detail in point 13 of the technical specification. The system subject to the procurement was sized by the Joint Procuring Entities for more than 50 (max. 1,000) users. The number of system connections and interfaces must be in contact with more than 10 particularly important corporate systems.
