Iváncsa railway infrastructure development

The Ministry of Construction and Transport in Hungary from Europe region has released this tender for Planning and implementation of the development of the railway infrastructure related to the establishment of the Ivancsa industrial-innovation development area (PST: V042.01.77) Quantity: Technical content according to the II. alignment version according to the Decision Preparation Study and the track layout according to the V04 version of the Adony railway station: - newly built, greenfield open line standard gauge railway track 5052 m, including substructures and superstructures, which will become part of the national railway network (OVP). Railway greenfield investments are line facility installations that are established in areas previously under agricultural cultivation and are completely newly established without any architectural or operational history. The facilities built within the framework of greenfield investments are implemented by creating completely new investments, new infrastructure and new facilities. - station standard gauge track forming part of the newly built national railway network (OVP) 1053 m, including substructures and superstructures - tracks affected by reconstruction and modernization (Adony station track I 740 m, and the entrance curve of the open line track leading to the Adony-Dunapart service area on the odd side of the station 347 m) 1087 m - standard gauge track width 1435 mm - open line traction track axle load 225 kN, design speed V= 40 km/h, UIC 54 E1 or equivalent rail system in jointless design; - station tracks axle load 225 kN, with variable design speed, UIC 54 E1 or equivalent rail system in seamless design - demolition of 3 groups of turnouts in the station area, relocation of 1 group of turnouts, construction of 6 new groups of turnouts - construction of 3 new groups of turnouts on the traction track - construction of a basalt concrete loading area ~20,000 m2 - construction of street lighting, power supply - design and licensing of a green protection zone (between the rail loading area and Csibabölgyi Road) - construction of noise protection elements - replacement of utility crossings, placing them in protection - transformation of the overhead line network of Adony station - transformations and expansions of relay-dependent protection equipment on the station and open line section; transformation of existing protection equipment in phases during railway operation; installation of new open line safety devices, provision of railway crossings - platform construction and demolition - construction of 4 new railway bridge structures o reinforced concrete slab bridge with support (Adony 5th internal water canal) o reinforced concrete slab bridge with support (Adony 5th internal water canal) o reinforced concrete slab bridge with support (connecting road no. 6207) o reinforced concrete slab bridge with support (Adonyi-Northern belt canal (Cikolai-water)), with approximately 20 m support spacing - construction of 3 prefabricated reinforced concrete frames o prefabricated reinforced concrete frame (Adony drainage ditch, Vetus-Salina canal) o prefabricated reinforced concrete frame (Temető street ditch) o prefabricated reinforced concrete frame (Temető street ditch) - 2 2.00 X 2.00 m and 1 2.00 X 2.00 m bridges located at Adony railway station 1.00 X 1,Checking the technical condition of the existing reinforced concrete frame bridge structure with a cross section of 00 m and carrying out the necessary interventions to ensure its load-bearing capacity; - Construction of 3 level crossings o Service road of M6 expressway o Road leading to agricultural exploration and gas field o Kilencedi Street intersection - Providing office and social premises for the railway company in the loading area - 33 properties are affected by the expropriation of agricultural land and withdrawal from cultivation within the framework of the investment (approx. 50,290 m2, of which 45,510 m2 is affected by withdrawal) The task of the winning Bidder is to prepare the necessary comprehensive licensing and construction plans, which include railway construction (substructure and superstructure), road construction, bridge and structure construction, water construction, utility pipeline construction, plant planting and environmental protection, overhead line network and railway signaling and safety equipment and other additional specialist plans according to the above technical content, creating consistency between specialist design documentation, finalizing them, obtaining the necessary approvals and permits and the execution of the construction works. The preparation of the licensing plan also means participation in the licensing procedure, i.e. participation that includes the preparation of the documents required by the Authority and other participating specialized authorities and necessary for obtaining the license, in order to obtain the necessary construction and/or establishment permits. (X.30.), the contracting authority draws attention to the fact that, if the clear and understandable definition of the subject of the public procurement made it necessary to refer to a specific product, origin, type of thing, process, activity, person, patent or trademark, the designation was made only in order to clearly define the nature of the subject, and the term “or equivalent” is always understood as “or equivalent”.
