The winning Bidder is obliged to install the LED lighting fixtures in accordance with the implementation plans that are part of the public procurement documentation. The winning Bidder is also responsible for preparing implementation documentation and waste management (removal and destruction of packaging materials, dismantled lighting fixtures). The Contracting Authority cannot provide a parade area. The Contracting Authority does not claim the lighting fixtures to be dismantled, they must be transported by the winning Bidder and waste management must be provided in accordance with the relevant legislation. The winning Bidder is obliged to employ FVM and FAM installers during the performance of the contract. The Contracting Authority draws the Bidder's attention to the fact that in the case of the designation of the lighting fixtures above, the Contracting Authority only uses the make or type specified there for the purpose of clearly defining the nature of the object, and in addition to the designation, the expression "or equivalent" must also be understood, on the basis of which the Contracting Authority accepts an equivalent or better solution than the ones specified. If the Bidder wishes to offer an equivalent device, solution, etc. in its offer instead of the technical content referred to in the reference (or from the plan or from the detailed Price Table), it must indicate the type of LED luminaire or equipment offered by it in its offer.
