We expect the so-called ‘manufacturer’, level 3 support from the Offeror. The Offeror must be available 24x7 per week (on PPM) to receive the Requester’s operational signals on an annual basis. The Offeror must receive and confirm notifications and perform troubleshooting in accordance with the deadlines set out in the Service Level Agreement chapter of the Technical Description. In addition to the PPM, the Bidder is obliged to operate a continuous on-call service, to which the 24-hour standby service of the Procuring Entity may directly contact in the event of a malfunction of the entire system or any part requiring priority treatment, as well as in the event of pre-defined events.
