The Municipality of the City of Veszprém with County Rights in Hungary from Europe region has released this tender for Subject of procurement: "New day care center - design tasks" (service order). The plot is currently occupied by buildings previously used by the army, which are currently unused, most of which will be demolished. In the case of the building that the planned new building will replace, demolition notification and construction plan documentation have been prepared on behalf of the VMJV Municipality, as the property owner. These plan documentations are available and are made available to the Designer by the Developer for this design task. The complete demolition task – with regard to the buildings to be demolished, the fences bordering the property and located in its area and destined for demolition, other structures, structures below and above ground level – must be defined within the framework of this planning task, with the necessary plans, technical specifications, and itemized budget specifications, in order for the companies submitting bids for the construction works to be able to calculate this task as well. Approved draft plans are available from the Requesting Party, which form the basis for further planning. The planning task is to prepare the permitting and construction plans related to the construction, as well as to perform the tasks of cost expert and the tasks of design foreman.
