2a and Annex 3 to the Decree The Winning Bidder will make the monthly preliminary normal diet and other special menus electronically available through the IT catering module by the 5th day of the month preceding the month in question If the 5th calendar day of the month falls on a holiday or public holiday the menus will be made available by the Winning Bidder on the first working day following the 5th day of the month As part of its offer the bidder is obliged to prepare and submit menus as part of a professional offer for all types of food that are the subject of the public procurement as specified in the public procurement documentation AK draws the AT s attention to the fact that if the professional offer or a part of it is not submitted the AK will declare the offer invalid based on Section 73 1 n of the Public Procurement Act During the correction of deficiencies clarification only minor errors and deficiencies in the professional offer relating to individual details may be corrected The winning Bidder is obliged to deliver the meals in pre-portioned single-serving closed packaging that is suitable for food safety within the framework of the social catering provided to the Helping Hand Service The meals provided within the framework of the social catering are delivered in the form of ready-to-eat meals requiring refrigeration The winning Bidder is obliged to ensure that the relevant food safety and temperature regulations are fully complied with during the production packaging storage and transport of the meals The Winning Bidder is obliged to provide the Procuring Entity with an IT meal module that fully complies with the terms of reference included in the public procurement documentation The Winning Bidder is obliged to calculate the energy requirement per person per age group of the meals provided by it in accordance with the effective Decree 37 2014 IV 30 EMMI Decree 5 2 -
