The Nitrokémía Environmental Consulting and Service Provider Private Limited Company in Hungary from Europe region has released this tender for In this public procurement procedure, the Contracting Authority intends to purchase the replacement or replacement of the equipment used at its sites within the framework of purchase and sale contracts, which are essential for the continuous and safe operation of the water treatment plants, as follows: Part 1: Procurement of screw compressor Part 2: Procurement of pumps and mixers Part 3: Procurement of mobile piston compressor The task of the winning bidder(s) is: - in part 1, delivery of the equipment, completion of the preparatory work required for installation, installation and commissioning of the equipment, conducting a trial run, training of the operating personnel, - in part 2, delivery of the equipment, - in part 3, delivery and commissioning of the equipment. The detailed technical parameters and other conditions are contained in the technical description, Price List and draft contract, which are part of the public procurement documents. In all three parts of the offer, the winning bidder may only deliver new, unused, faultless and undamaged equipment that meets the technical requirements specified in its technical description. The equipment offered must comply with Hungarian and EU international standards, regulations and safety requirements. In all three parts of the offer, the winning bidder is obliged to provide the contracting authority with the following documents for all equipment at no additional charge upon completion: - technical documentation in Hungarian, - operating and maintenance instructions in Hungarian (printed and electronic), - servicing regulations, with the name of the service(s). In all three parts of the offer, the winning bidder must provide a full warranty of at least 12 months for the equipment supplied, without prejudice to any manufacturers restrictions or warranty rights. The contracting authority will evaluate any offer beyond the minimum warranty period specified in the public procurement documents for a maximum of 12 additional months. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the warranty provided for in this procedure applies to intended use (operation at the work site) and is not the same as the manufacturers warranty. In view of the provisions of Section 46 (3) of Government Decree No. 321/2015. (X. 30.), the contracting authority draws attention to the fact that, if the clear and understandable definition of the subject of the public procurement necessitated the reference to a specific make, origin, type of thing, process, activity, person, patent or trademark, the designation was made only in order to clearly define the nature of the subject, and the designation is always accompanied by the words "or equivalent".
