The Budapest Capital City District IV Újpest Municipality in Hungary from Europe region has released this tender for Procurement of catering services: preparation of ready-made meals in the successful tenderer's own plant, daily and portion-by-portion delivery (hereinafter collectively referred to as: catering) to the following educational, upbringing and social care institutions of the 4th DISTRICT OF BUDAPEST CAPITAL, ÚJPEST MUNICIPALITY, including the delivery of dietetic and food-allergic ready-made meals as specified in EMMI Decree 37/2014. (IV.30.), as well as the removal of food waste, and the completion of developments and equipment purchases in the AK's canteens based on the contract and the unpriced budget. The specified number of delivery days is the highest number within the given institution type; - Institutions may have spring, summer, autumn, winter breaks, or may be closed for other reasons. Meals are suspended during this period. Due to the resulting quantitative difference, the Customer is not obligated to pay any obligations in relation to this contract, except for ordering meals provided in the summer day camp or during school breaks for socially disadvantaged children, because their provision – if the bidder has undertaken to do so – is also the responsibility of the winning bidder. The Customer, in accordance with the provisions of the public procurement procedure establishing the conclusion of the Contract, is entitled to deviate from the specified quantities only in accordance with and on the basis of the above. The Supplier is obliged to ensure delivery within this quantitative deviation at the unit price offered, in accordance with the contractual terms. The quantitative deviation will be settled within the framework of itemized settlement. The Parties do not consider the circumstances set out above to be a contract amendment, given that the circumstances were known and recorded by the Parties in the public procurement procedure prior to the conclusion of the contract. with tender notice no. 660850-2026 published on 25 Sep 2026.
