(PTS-446) roundabout design

The Budapest Capital City XIII. District Municipality in Hungary from Europe region has released this tender for design contract, the subject of which is the design of a roundabout at the intersection of Gidófalvy Lajos Street – Kassák Lajos Street – Apály Street – preparation of permitting and construction plans. The technical content expected during the completion of the task: • on-site inspection; • preparation of geodetic survey and base map; • survey of the traffic technical condition of the area; • preparation of road construction and traffic technical permitting and construction plan documentation; • preparation of a public utility plan, carrying out public utility coordination in the e-public utility system; • planning and permitting of the necessary public utility replacements; • preparation and coordination of the green area planning and landscape architecture work section; • preparation of temporary traffic technical condition plans during construction; • performing road traffic counts and pedestrian counts (during peak hours in the morning and afternoon on weekdays between 7-10 am and 4-7 pm) • planning rainwater drainage using existing gullies or designing new network elements; • planning the relocation of gullies if necessary and coordinating with FCsM service providers (by obtaining management and utility contributions for the sectoral plan); • reviewing public lighting, light measurement and planning expansion as necessary; • planning tasks related to bicycle facilities; • obtaining management, operator and authority permits necessary for establishment; • preparing an unpriced budget tender and design cost estimate; • contributing to the design in the preparation of construction, design supervision; • preparation of an owner/manager/operator (TKÜ) plan and obtaining approval from the parties concerned, obtaining consents; • obtaining a road construction permit. The roundabout must be designed with the elimination of as few parking spaces as possible. The area affected by the design is 1,275 m2. AK will conduct the procedure as a conditional public procurement procedure pursuant to Section 53 (5) of the Public Procurement Act. Uncertain future event outside the scope of AK's control: In the case of an appropriation not committed in 2024, the council must decide whether to provide the financial cover necessary for the present procurement request against the remaining balance in 2025. The council's decision is expected at the end of April 2025. If the council does not provide the necessary cover, the Contracting Authority is entitled to open the public procurement procedure pursuant to Section 75 of the Public Procurement Act. § (2) paragraph a) of the Civil Code, or is exempted from the obligation to conclude a contract pursuant to § 131. paragraph (9) of the Civil Code. In the event of a contract being concluded, the entry into force of the contract depends on the availability of financial cover pursuant to § 135. paragraph (12) of the Civil Code. with tender notice no. 657762-2026 published on 25 Sep 2026.
