Purchasing professional equipment

The Székesfehérvár Vocational Training Center in Hungary from Europe region has released this tender for In parts 1-4: Purchase of various professional equipment within the framework of the project with identification number RRF-2.2.2-23-2023-00006, in four parts, with delivery to the performance site, commissioning (detailed in the draft contract). The Procuring Entity stipulates that a bid must be submitted for all items within the given part. The bid of a Bidder who does not submit a bid for all items of the part is invalid. The bid price (total net value of the contract) includes all costs and consideration necessary for performance in accordance with the contract, the consideration for any transfer of rights, therefore the Bidder is not entitled to charge additional consideration under any other legal title, and may not claim reimbursement of additional costs under any legal title. Only new equipment may be offered; used equipment, materials and consumables, spare parts, aftermarket, refurbished or other equivalently manufactured products may not be included in the bid. The tender containing such a recommendation shall be declared invalid by the contracting authority. The tendered devices falling under the scope of EU legislation harmonizing the requirements for EU products must have a CE conformity marking. The tendered devices must be free from lawsuits, encumbrances and claims. The tendered product must be specifically named. The make and type of all products must be indicated in the tender and failure to do so – without the possibility of making up for the deficiencies – shall render the tender invalid. The tenderer shall attach a declaration that it has all the necessary permits for placing the product on the market. The tenderer shall provide a 12-month warranty for the tendered devices. Any name or specific designation with regard to any element or parameter of the goods to be procured – whether in the invitation, the documentation or the supplements – has been made in order to clearly and precisely define the nature of the product, and in all cases the phrase “or equivalent” next to the product name shall prevail. The Tenderer is responsible for proving equivalence in the Tender. The proof must be such that the Contracting Authority can establish equivalence beyond doubt. The proof of equivalence must be recorded in accordance with the requirements of the technical and professional documentation.
