Part 4 VW group: maintenance, repair, technical inspection of 56 vehicles up to the available budget: 32,231,243 HUF. Part 5 Mercedes Benz maintenance, repair, technical inspection of 44 vehicles up to the available budget: 24,170,416 HUF. Part 6: maintenance, repair, technical inspection of Opel and other 48 vehicles up to the available budget: 19,308,230 HUF. The composition of the vehicles by type is included in Annex 1 of the draft contract. The number of vehicles may change, the quantity given is the one at the time of the initiation of the procedure. Planned preventive maintenance (mileage and/or period) and occasional minor repairs are carried out in accordance with the provisions of Act I of 1988 on road transport, Decree No. 5/1990. (IV.12.) KöHÉM on the technical inspection of road vehicles (hereinafter: KöHÉM rend.), Decree No. 6/1990. (IV. 12.) KöHÉM on the technical conditions for placing road vehicles in service and keeping them in service, and Joint Decree No. 1/1975. (II. 5.) KPM–BM on the rules of road transport, in order to achieve a condition suitable for participation in road traffic and for legal asset management.
