The Pro-M Professional Mobile and Network Service Provider Private Limited Company in Hungary from Europe region had released this tender for Framework agreement for the provision of guarding and remote monitoring security services related to the protection of the physical infrastructure of Pro-M Zrt. The subject of the public procurement is a so-called value-based framework agreement (i.e. to be concluded with one bidder) pursuant to Section 105 (1) a) of the Public Procurement Act. Framework agreement amount: net HUF 300,000,000. The second part of the framework agreement procedure may be carried out by direct ordering by the Buyer pursuant to Section 105 (1) a) of the Public Procurement Act (under the conditions specified in the framework agreement). The following tasks shall be performed for the Contracting Authority during the term of the contract: - Operation of an armed security guard service for the central premises of Pro-M Zrt.; - Operation of a 24/7 mobile patrol service with nationwide coverage at specific facilities of the telecommunications and network infrastructure of Pro-M Zrt.; - Escorting the self-propelled mobile base stations belonging to the telecommunications network infrastructure with vehicles and armed security guards, and guarding them at the installation site with a security guard; - If required, providing a receptionist service with conversational English skills at the premises of the Requester; - If required, providing occasional security at the premises of the Requester and providing security guards for its events; - If required, providing security technology and fire alarm remote monitoring registered by the OKF at the premises of the Requester; - Operation of a 24/7 security dispatch service; - Professional management, control and documentation of the security services listed above. When initiating the public procurement procedure, the contracting authority determines the number of prioritized objects to be protected, selected through risk analysis from the elements and locations of the entire telecommunications and network infrastructure, in 400 units with a +/- 10% deviation. with tender notice no. 714841-2026 published on 15 Oct 2026.
