A közbeszerzési eljárás. alapján a Kbt. 105. § (1) bek. a) pont szerinti keretmegállapodás megkötésére kerül sor. Ajánlatkérő a keretmegállapodás megkötésével nem köteles sem a Műszaki leírásban foglalt feladatok megrendelésére, sem a feltüntetett keretösszeg lehívására, megrendelési kötelezettséget kizárólag az eljárás második, közvetlen megrendeléssel induló részének eredményeként megkötendő egyedi szerződések keletkeztetnek.
