Budapest (Nyugati pu.) - Szolnok railway line 41 hm gauge The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the basic tasks to be performed within the framework of the contract to be concluded regarding the accessibility design of Zugló railway station, which is part of the 100a electrified suburban, national public railway line, are the following: - complete review, modification and updating of the previous (preceding) design documentation as necessary; - planning the demolition of the existing boarding building located on the platform and the structurally connected reinforced concrete platform roof, as well as examining and planning the appropriate, modern replacement of the functions operating in the building (ticket sales, waiting, passenger washroom, commercial functions) in the area next to the railway embankment; - planning 2 new underpasses passing under 2 tracks and the associated barrier-free (outdoor passenger lift + stairs) platform access; - during the investigation, the possibility of using the area freed up by the demolition of the platform building must be particularly assessed, and the most favorable placement option from a passenger traffic perspective must be indicated; - planning a possible additional (3rd) exit connection on the terminal side of the stop with an annual passenger traffic of 1,874,690 people in 2025 in the Semsey Andor utca – Szugló utca axis, in order to ensure the connection between settlement areas; - raising the platform to a height of sk+55; - ​​extending the steel platform roof towards the starting point, while examining the static adequacy of the existing section, and determining any necessary interventions (with special attention to architectural aspects) – the intervention affects at least 580 m2 of surface area based on the requirements specified in the design disposition; - a static and dynamic passenger information system must be built, taking into account the services of BKK and MÁV Group; - renovation of the existing underpass, design of a new underpass; - construction/supplementation of the necessary telecommunications, lighting and security systems; - designation of access routes, in cooperation with the capital and the district, with a special focus on transfer options. Optional item: design supervision Act LXIX of 2023 on the Order of State Construction Investments. The design supervision option specified in Section 19 (1) of the Act, arising during the implementation phase of the state construction investment, is called upon. Within the framework of the design supervision, the successful bidder is responsible for:- monitor the implementation of the project; - check the implementation of the construction plan documentation prepared by him/her; - draw attention to the factors that hinder or facilitate the implementation according to the plan; - make proposals for the professional solution of technical uncertainties and problems arising during the implementation; - facilitate the resolution of professional issues arising in connection with the construction plan documentation during the implementation - ensure on-site contributions arising until the completion of the commissioning procedure.
