6. A pre-bid meeting will take place on 18 April 2023 at 11:00 hours (IST), at the address stated above.
7. To purchase the Bidding Documents in English, eligible Bidders should visit the Office of the City Engineer, Thoothukudi City Municipal Corporation, 113 Thamilzh Salai (Palai Road), Thoothukudi and pay a non-refundable fee of INR 2500 towards the cost of bidding document in the form of Bank Demand Draft in favor of the Commissioner, Thoothukudi City Municipal Corporation, Thoothukudi. In case of written request, the document will be sent by post/courier. Bidders who wish to receive the bidding document by post/courier shall have to pay an additional amount of INR 5000 for delivery within India or US$ 250 for delivery outside India. The method of payment will be through Bank Demand Draft in favor of the Commissioner, Thoothukudi City Municipal
Corporation, Thoothukudi. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
Eligible Bidders may otherwise download the Bidding Document in English language at free of cost on the website http://tntenders.gov.in Eligible Bidders who download the Bidding Document from above website shall inform the
City Engineer, Thoothukudi City Municipal Corporation, 113 Thamilzh Salai (Palai Road), Thoothukudi in writing (and provide the contact details) at the address given above, failing which the City Engineer, Thoothukudi City Municipal Corporation shall not be responsible if the Bidder does not receive clarifications and amendments, if any.

9. Technical bids will be opened on 25 May 2023 at 15:30 hours (IST) in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, whereas the financial bids shall remain sealed and unopened and shall be placed locked.
