Aspiring Tenderers who have not obtained the user ID and password for participating in e-
procurement for this Project, may obtain the same from the website: https://tntenders.gov.in.
A non-refundable Tender fee of Rs.30,000/- (Indian Rupees Thirty Thousand only) (inclusive
of GST) or equivalent amount in foreign currency, is required to be paid. The method of
payment shall be online in the e-procurement portal or through NEFT/RTGS/ Demand draft
