7. All tender submission must be accompanied by a tender Fee Rs.30,000/- (inclusive of tax) and a Tender Security for an amount of INR 46.00 million or an equivalent amount in freely convertible foreign currency for EPC-04 Package, fender security will have to be in any one of the forms as specified in the tender document and shall have to be valid for 45 days beyond the validity of tender. The original tender security documents in approved form shall be submitted as per the procedure described in paragraph 8 below.
9. A pre-tender meeting will be conducted on 20.10.2023 at 11:00 Hours (1ST) at the O/o The Executive Director, TNR1DC to clarify the issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised at that stage as staled in ITT Clause 7.4 of'Instructions to Tenderers’ of the tender document, lendcrcrs are advised to download the tendering document prior to the pretender meeting in order to have a good understanding of the scope of the requirements under this contract, for discussions and clarifications at the pre-tender meeting. Last date for seeking clarifications from the Employer is 20.10.2023,17:00 Hours (1ST) after which no queries shall be entertained. with tender notice no. 04/IOCT/CPRR Section-3/EPC 04/2023 published on 09 Oct 2023.
