Prequalifications are invited for Supply of One Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (Uav) to the Maldives National Defence Force of the Republic of Maldives Features Description 1 Enhanced mission planning • Global mission planning • Local tactical & dynamic path planning based on insights received from sensor suits, ISR payload 2 Navigation & Guidance Two modes of Navigation & Guidance • GCS guided UAV way-point navigation & control loop • GCS independent complete autonomous flight as per mission plan uploaded before start of operation 3 Range 150 km one way (round trip 300 km) 4 Launch Method Vertical Take-off and Landing (VTOL) with automatic take-off & landing capability 5 Communications Range 150 km with single RPA through secure communication link 6 Flight Endurance Minimum 4 to 6 hours 7 Redundancy Redundancy at hardware and software level 8 Altitude of Operation (RPA) Ceiling of 4000m Above Mean Sea Level (AMSL) and an adequate operational altitude so as not be audible (during level flight) on ground directly underneath 9 Camera Payload Day and night all weather high definition gimbal stabilized cameras 10 Altitude of Operation [Ground Control Station (GCS)] Up to 4000m AMSL 11 Ground Control Station (GCS) • Enhanced UX features for drone operation • Display of Drone & payload real-time data 7 12 Remote Video Terminal (RVT) Real-time drone video feed from GCS 13 Remote Payload Control Payload control from remote station / GCS 14 Terrain Avoidance Terrain hugging and terrain avoidance algorithm 15 Security • Anti-jamming / spoofing, reliable navigation payload with INS-GPS fusion • Holistic situational awareness with enhanced real-time video analytics 16 Advanced Diagnostics • Advanced diagnostics for software, power, propulsion, avionics, communication and payload • Advanced emergency management 17 Seamless Video Streaming Video streaming from drone camera(s) with stabilized video frames 18 Post Mission Analysis Post-mission analysis capability based on historical data logged in the GCS and / or Remote-Control Station 19 Operational environment • IP67 standard electronics/systems. • Operations to be considered in adverse salty and climatic condition with active operations at open sea. 20 Payload • Additional payload of minimum 3 to 5kg with remote drop-off capability 21 Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADSB) • Should be equipped with ADS-B Tx/Rx Modules. • GCS should display ADS-B receiving signals 22 Training • UAV Pilot Training/ UAV Certification for 3 individual • UAV support and maintenance training for 3 Technician 23 Warranty support and maintenance • 2 Year warranty + 2 Years Parts C] Contract execution period The UAV is to be delivered within 12 months from the date of contract effectiveness.
