The assessment shall encompass site condition assessment, land use of the site and a pre-defined catchment area and development control regulations, commercial development potential, baseline assessment of the existing facilities and transport needs and commercial demand potential over the next 30 years, detailed estimation of capital and operating cost, revenue estimation, suggest indicative designs for terminals, identification of regulatory and technical approvals, development of performance specifications for the private sector and definition of technical qualification criteria for the bidding process. Each Project could have multiple sites for assessment and development. IFC has undertaken pre-feasibility assessment for a couple of states and findings of the same shall be shared with the selected Consultant. The potential consultants will be shortlisted selected through this EOI process. IFC may issue a Request for Proposal to the shortlisted consultants for a single or multiple specific Projects..
