The Underpinning Objective for the Dissection of Abmn Policy and Stress Test Exercise (Ste) is to Ensure the Government of Indonesia (Goi) can Effectively and Efficiently Respond To; Manage and Process Insurable Loss Event Claims under the Abmn Program; Including:* Supporting Incident Command and Control* Coordination and Cooperation across Relevant Stakeholders* Reporting the Right Information; Through the Right Channels; To the Right People; At the Right Time* Compliance with Relevant Legislation; Regulation and Process* Accurate and Timely Disbursement of Funds to Beneficiaries* Accurate and Timely Use of the Correct Documentation More Specific Objectives in Relation to the Exercise are as Follows: 1. Developing Stakeholder Familiarization with Abmn Program Processes and Tools under Different Loss Event Scenarios (with a Goal of Building Claims Management Capability across Government) including the Comprehension of Abmn Insurance Policy.2. Familiarization with Loss Assessment (Loss Qualification and Quantification) Practices; Including How Insurance Policy Terms and Conditions can Affect Claims Settlement Outcomes.3. Familiarization with the Types of Complexities and Obstacles that may Occur in a Loss Event Environment; And the Identification of Contingencies to Manage/Mitigate Them.4. Identify Areas for Process and Tools Improvement and Develop Recommendations/Actions for Enhancing Those Improvement Opportunities.
