This review will be carried out in the form of a Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) on POJK 69/2016 to determine the effectiveness of implementing the regulation and the potential for strengthening the provisions. OJK’s NBFI Department currently has RIA Implementation Guidelines; but in terms of technical implementation; Technical Assistance from experts who have experience in implementing RIA; especially in the financial services sector; is urgently needed. with tender notice no. 0002002307 published on 16 Jun 2023.
