· -Inserting the economic code and national ID for legal entities in the price proposal listed in the headquarters system is mandatory.
· - It is mandatory to have and upload a valid qualification certificate in the field of construction with at least rank 5 from the country's program and budget organization.
· - Having and uploading a valid security clearance certificate from the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare is mandatory.
