شركت نفت و گاز اروندان (مناقصه گزار) در نظر دارد خدمات موضوع فوق را از طريق شركت هاي واجد صلاحيت داخلی (پیمانکار) تامین نمايد. بدين وسيله از كليه شركت هايي كه داراي شرايط ذيل مي باشند دعوت مي گردد اسناد و مدارك خود را بر اساس استعلام ارزيابي کيفي، براي ارزيابي و تعيين صلاحيت به اين امور ارسال نمايند:
الف- موضوع مناقصه عبارت است از: عمليات حفاري 2 حلقه چاه جديد و تعمير و تكميل 6 حلقه چاه موجود در ميادين شركت نفت و گاز اروندان(بصورت EPD )
ب- برآورد مالي مناقصه: برآورد مالي كل مناقصه 1.179.750.270.000 (يك هزار و يكصد و هفتاد و نه ميليارد و هفتصد و پنجاه ميليون و دويست و هفتاد هزار) ريال و نيز برآورد ارزي به مبلغ 38.917.500 (سي و هشت ميليون و نهصد و هفده هزار و پانصد) دلار آمريكا مي باشد.
ج- نوع و ميزان تضمين شركت در مناقصه: از نوع سپرده (واريز وجه نقد) و يا ضمانت نامه بانكي به ميزان 29,595,005,400 (بيست و نه ميليارد و پانصد و نود و پنج ميليون و پنج هزار و چهارصد) ريال و 486,909 (چهارصد و هشتاد وشش هزار و نهصد و نه) دلار آمريكا* مي باشد.
*. مطابق تبصره ذيل ماده 9 آئين نامه تضامين معاملات دولتي (تصويب نامه شماره 123402/ت 50659 ه مورخ 94/09/22) اشخاص ايراني مجازند به جاي ضمانت نامه هاي ارزي، ضمانت نامه ريالي بانكي براساس نرخ تسعير ارز بانك مركزي جمهوري اسلامي ايران ارائه نمايند. (مبناي نرخ تسعير ارز: مطابق نرخ ارز بازار ثانويه (سامانه نيما- فروش حواله هاي ارزي) در روز اخذ ضمانت نامه)
د- مدت اجراي قرارداد: هيجده ماه
ر- شرايط الزامي براي ورود به مرحله ارزيابي كيفي (در صورت عدم دارا بودن و يا عدم ارائه هر كدام از موارد ذيل، ارزيابي كيفي آن شركت انجام نخواهد شد.):
گواهينامه صلاحيت ايمني از وزارت تعاون، كار و رفاه اجتماعي
ز- معیارهای ارزیابی کیفی:
1.تجربه و دانش در زمینه مورد نظر
2.حسن سابقه در کارهای قبلی
3.توان مالی
4.توان تجهیزاتی
5.توان فني و برنامه ريزي
کلیه مراحل برگزاری فراخوان ارزیابی کیفی ازدریافت و تحویل اسناد استعلام ارزیابی کیفی تا ارسال دعوتنامه براي سایر مراحل مناقصه، از درگاه سامانه تدارکات الکترونیکی دولت (ستاد) به آدرس www.setadiran.ir انجام خواهد شد. لازم است مناقصه گران درصورت عدم عضویت قبلی، مراحل ثبت نام درسایت مذکور و دریافت گواهی امضای الکترونیکی را جهت شرکت در مناقصه محقق سازند. تاریخ انتشار فراخوان در سامانه تاریخ 1401/06/16 می باشد. اطلاعات و اسناد مناقصه عمومی پس از برگزاری فرآیند ارزیابی کیفی و ارسال دعوتنامه از طریق سامانه ستاد به مناقصه گران واجد شرايط ارسال خواهد شد.
