With this call for tender, Samaritan’s Purse intends to engage the services of a contractor to complete construction projects.
Instructions:
· A meeting held by Samaritan’s Purse will be on Monday, June 12, 2023, at 10:00 am.
· The meeting will be held at the site near Ba’adre, Duhok. Samaritan’s Purse staff will be present during the meeting to clarify the work and answer questions. See below for the meeting location.
· Attending the meeting will be mandatory for all interested companies. The bid documents will only be distributed to the companies who attend the meeting.
· MEETING LOCATION:
· Site Address: Samaritan’s Purse Center, Baadre-opposite to Galey Derky fuel station.
· Phone number if more information on the location is needed: +964 751 965 8820.
· Interested companies MUST also complete the site visit for a better and complete understanding of the Scope of Work prior to sending the formal bid to Samaritan’s Purse.
· Following the meeting, formal Terms of Reference along with a Bill of Quantities will be issued as a soft copy via email to each vendor to prepare their sealed bids.
· The entire meeting should take around Two hours.
· Instructions will be given at the meeting on where to submit bids as well as submission deadlines
