The contractor shall provide sample of all the items for review and approval before implementation of the project. 3. The contractor shall deliver the requested batch of equipment within 5 calendar days from the date of request by the project staff. 4. The price of items shall include transportation of the items to their designated location as mentioned on the attached distribution plan including loading, offloading of all the items. 5. All the supplied items shall be of the same quality and make of the supplied samples, REACH has the right to reject any item or batch of items that does not match the supplied samples. 6-REACH is not responsible for any damage tools during the transfer of tools from market to car and to the required locations 7. Both English and Arabic texts to be considered for providing tools and materials 8. Iranian-made materials will not be accepted 9.
