In case of damage, it is the Contractor’s responsibility to repair the damage to the exact condition it was before project commencement if the damage was caused by the contractor. 6.Quantities in the BoQ and the drawings are only for guidance, and it is the responsibility of the Contractor to verify the accuracy of such quantities..
