Required tissue models :- a) H&E Urinary Bladder biopsy b) H&E Cervical biopsy c) H&E Skin punch biopsy d) H&E Stomach biopsy e) H&E Colon biopsy f) H&E Endometrial biopsy g) H&E -Prostate biopsy h) H&E -Breast biopsy 220 $ 41 2- General Histopathology online Laboratory receiving ten slinder per lot and four lots annually. 220 $ 2 3- Neuropathology Online program Participating laboratory receiving ( 8 ) slider per every lot shall be two lots 280 $ / kit 182 Hematology The program shall be by (vial ) each one month ( 12 vial ) yearly ( MCV,Hb,Hematocrit , Red blood cell count RDW,Platelet count ,MPV,MCHC,MCH,l,WBC diff) 280$/kit 125 coagulation The program included perform the following checks monthly shall be by ( vial ) each month (12) vial yearly to following tests :- ( PT,APTT) INR (International normalization Ration) D-Dimer, Fibrinogen. Bacteriological tests for each program 180$/kit 163 viruses The program included following tests :- (HIV1,2Ab) (HBs Ag ) HCV Ab) ) Payment of a non-refundable & the price of buying tender will be by lump sum as follows: a- (1.000.000)one million Iraqi Dinar for the tender which charge less than (1.000.000) Dollars . b- (2.000.000)two million Iraqi Dinar for the tender which charge more than (1.000.000) Dinar.
