Tenders are invited for Provision of Renovation for Firefighting Station. Proposals Submission Date: 13th June, 2023 from 09:30 AM - 12:00 PM Baghdad Time AL-WAHA Petroleum Company Limited would like to announce for the 1st Announcement Provision of Renovation for Firefighting Station, the companies/offices who have enough ability and experience and want to participate in this, please send email to the emails address mentioned below with intention to participate in this SO which should include (Company/office name, SO No. and title) to get the SO documents (FOB). Proposals Submission Date: 13th June, 2023 from 09:30 AM - 12:00 PM Baghdad Time Location: Iraq/ Wasit/ Al-Ahrar District/ Ahdeb Oil Field Site \ Main gate, Al-Waha Base Camp Bidders should submit the following documents in the proposal submission date: 1. Technical Proposal Envelope Contain the Following: 1.1 Submit color copy of all company’s legal document as the following: a. For Iraqi local companies should submit color copy of the Valid ID (Ministry of Planning ID or Chamber of Commerce ID). b. For Foreign companies should submit copy of all registration documents belonging for their company from their countries in English language, or the registration documents in Iraq. C. Company’s Tax ID from GCT 1.2. The winner company shall provide the original documents before award the project. 1.3. Submit copy of previous similar work & experience approved by the end user. 1.4. The bidders should submit a complete technical offer as required in the Form of Bid. 1.5. The bidder should mention Clearly the required duration to complete the work which shall not exceed 180 days after work order signed or the commencement to work issued whichever is the latest. 2. Commercial Proposals Envelope Contains the Following: 2.1 Total price and breakdown price as required in attachment-2 (Commercial Bid Form(. 2.2 Quotation on US Dollar only. Number and Written 3. Terms and Conditions: 3.1 Technical, commercial offers, should be submitted in two separated sealed and stamped envelopes, inside one big envelope sealed and stamped, and shall be submitted strictly, the project name and tender number should be clearly on the envelop. 3.2 The bidders shall submit the Proposals in English language and in USD to AL -WAHA Kut camp. 3.3 The bidder should sign on the transmittal and the undertaking paper when submitting the proposals, otherwise the proposals will considers not received 3.4 The proposals must contain the date and signature of the authorized manager of the company or office. 3.5 The tax will be deducted from the total amount according to the Iraqi taxation law 3.6 If the Contractor with the lowest price quit this bidding or fail to finish the work according to the contract, he is compulsory to pay the difference amount between his price and Al-Waha actual price. Otherwise, the company will be inserted into Al-Waha Company black list. 3.7 Al-Waha Company would not be obliged to accept the lowest offer. 3.8 Other details and requirements mentioned in the order documents (FOB). Note: If the bidder didn’t provide the documents that mentioned in (1.1) or submitted invalid documents, AL-Waha shall have the right to take an action according the valid Instructions and Regulations.
