Bidder must provide entry pass application form (refer to attachment C in Section 1) at least 2 working days prior Bid Closing Date.
Bid Validity Period
Bidder’s bid Proposal shall be irrevocable for a period Two Hundred Ten (210) calendar days (“Bid Validity Period”).
Fail to meet any of below key factors will lead to disqualification:
（1）Submission of BID ACKNOWLEDGEMENT (refer to attachment A in Section 1)
（2）Bid bond submission
（3）Bid proposals are in properly sealed condition
(4) Commercial proposal is separate from Technical proposal.
(5) Submission of Valid Certificate of incorporation/Business registration showing the business nature under applicable laws; and Tax Registration Document/Tax ID under applicable laws;
(6) The registered capital should be more than USD 100,000.00.
(7) Company General Capability and Professional Ability (especially for the engineering design and construction capabilities and professional ability(treatment equipment, lab instrument,relevant environmental certificate) should provide.
(8) Mobilization Execution Schedule after contract effective date should be less than 20 weeks.
(9) QHSE Performance and QHSE System should provide and qualified
(10) personal CV and Equipment certificate for this project should provide and qualified.
(11) Years of Similar Experience (waste drilling&completion fluids,sludge); Scale of Similar projects in recent 5 years; Number of similar projects in recent 5 years should provide.
(12) Compliance with scope of work(Work plan: management structure, equipment list, Reasonable Technical principle, advanced technology, procedure etc) should provide.
Bid Bond
Bid bond: USD 100,000（One Hundred Thousand）, The Bid Bond must be delivered to Company in a separated and sealed envelope and duly marked and stamped on outer envelope.
The original validity of the bid bond shall be the same as aforementioned Bid Validity Period with tender notice no. 001-SC-23-EBS published on 22 Mar 2023. The tender expired on 18 Apr 2023.
