1. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from [Ministry of Health / The State Company For Marketing Drug Medical Appliances (kimadia)] and [ from Sunday to Thursday(8:30 AM) to (14:30 PM) at Baghdad time.] as stipulated in the ITB.
2. Bidders shall fulfill qualifications requirements including: [Legal, technical and financial requirements and as mentioned in the tender documents.].
3.A complete set of Bidding Documents in English or Arabic Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below (no.3)and upon payment of a non-refundable & the price of buying tender will be by lump sum as follows:
a- (1.000.000)one million Iraqi Dinar for the tender which charge less than (1.000.000) Dollars .
b- (2.000.000)two million Iraqi Dinar for the tender which charge more than (1.000.000) Dinar.
4. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before{ 16 / 4 / 2023] at ( 14:30 PM ) at Baghdad time &late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the present of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below(Iraq/ Baghdad/bab-Almad,hm/Ministry of Health / The State Company For Marketing Drug Medical Appliances (kimadia ) /6th floor committee of receipt &opening LAB tenders)in ( 17 / 4 /2023) at [09:00]at Baghdad time .
