Rehabilitation and Construction Wash Facilities in Kirkuk and Hawija.

The WORLD VISION in Iraq from Middle East region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation and Construction Wash Facilities in Kirkuk and Hawija. I- Specification of Work  All the work items should be according to IRAQI General Technical Specifications (IGTS ) and instructions of the engineering team.  If there is discrepancies between the BoQs/ Specifications and the drawings then the Bill of Quantities takes precedence and if it is a quality discrepancy then the Specification takes precedence.  All materials must be new from best type, approved by WV I engineering team.  All construction materials should be tested (If needed-According to the Engineers requirements) and according to Construction Works Specification.  Transportation of all materials and handing over them according to the instructions of the Engineer team.  The contractor should provide the samples for all materials for getting prior approval from the engineer team before supplying them to the site.  The contractor is responsible for the safety of all activities in the site including the provision of all occupational safety requirements for all employees and workers.  The contractor should coordinate with the Engineering team before supplying or installing any item as the supplying of the materials to be on stages.  The contractor should study & check all the distances and elevations for the overall of the project and take into consideration that the supplied materials (Cement, tiles, pipes, pumps, Electric part, ...etc.) With tested if needed.  The pipes alignment should not contain any sharp curvature, horizontally or vertically.  The contractor cannot demand all the quantities mentioned in the BOQ, because the quantities in the BoQ are estimated if the final measurement will show less quantity, the actual measurements would be consider.  Items in the BoQ are in Arabic and English version, the instruction of engineering team will governs B- Address and time of Submission: Offers can only be submitted via email to iraq_tender@wvi.org, no later than the 26th of April. 2023 at 1:00 P.M. published on 17 Apr 2023.
