The main purpose of executing this notion is to enable the responsible parties in Iraq to provide education and help the new generation to obtain job opportunities in the Iraqi markets and help in nurse startups and sponsor young entrepreneurs after the expiration of the project lifetime. Scope of Services and Expected Results: For this project, SPARK expects the below points to be delivered accordingly: 1. Capacity building trainings for 10 partners including Institutions, Chamber of Commerce, Chamber of Industry, Universities, and Ministry of Higher Education. 2. Location of the implementation are Mosul, Erbil, Dohuk and Baghdad. 3. Minimum of 45 to 50 members to participate in the capacity building trainings with preference to female participants. 4. Diversity of the participation groups including IDPs and Youth Host Communities. 5. The participants must be selected within the partners nominations and candidacy by filtering the most relevant participants who would benefit from the Capacity Training activity. 6. Trainings shall be conducted online and in person (50% online, 50% in person). 7. Each of the trainings should be conducted in between 4-6 days per topic. 8. Topics of the trainings including Website design, Communication skills and problem solving, Data management (Design data basis, data entry and archiving). with tender notice no.
