1. The Tender is scheduled as follows:
i. Tender Announcement Date: 8 & 9 May 2023
ii. Interest Deadline: 25 May 2023
iii. Bid Closing Date: 31 May 2023, 1600, hours (Iraq Time, GMT+3)

i. Tender Strategy: Competitive Bidding tender.
ii. Submission: Separate file/document for Technical & Commercial Proposal via

3. Interested Bidders shall email to tender_iraq06@petronas.com.my by stating your

4. RFQ/ITB document shall be issued via email by PCIHBV.
5. The Bidders shall bear all costs arising from or incidental to the preparation,
clarification, finalization and delivery of their Bid Proposals.
6. The successful bidder will bear the advertisement fee of this tender as mentioned
in ITB.
7. PCIHBV reserves the right to award or not to award this tender at its sole discretion;
as well as the right to cancel the tender without prior notice.
